As I have said before, being pointed to documentation can be, and often
is, very helpful. Because effectively and quickly searching
documentation for what you want is an art in and of itself. If you have
witnessed someone who is very good at it you'll know. Asking such a
person (and/or anyone who is just very familiar with the specific
documentation) is the difference between taking minutes or taking hours.
