Is the content type ok? I mean - are you sure your php api can generate it
properly?
Why don't you try creating plain text message in it?
Are you sure you actually have any message content (other than the
subject)?
Can you try to reply from the yahoo account and then reply back to the
yahoo account and see if that comes through?
