It is correct. I have posted some thoughts on the implementation (which
isn't just a slight adaptation of the existing DomainKeys code) but
haven't got any feedback so far.
Note that the main part of the DKIM standard has been released, the
signing policies part (Sender Signing Practices, SSP), which is also
important, is still in draft.
