Yes it is possible. Just stick a router similar to this before your
normal dnslookup router:
smarthost:
driver = manualroute
transport = remote_smtp
condition = ${if
match{$h_From:}{\Nthe\.email\.address@you\.want\.to\.trigger\.with\N}}
route_list = * "your.isps.smarthost"
