Dear all,
analyzing the problem we saw that there was a problem with a lock file
(/var/spool/exim/db/retry.lockfile).
While we were investigating it, we noticed that the problematic process was
locked with this file, we tried to execute a simple cat with this file, and
sudenly the process started to work and it finished.
Any idea?
