The exim WEB site states a rewrite is as simple as adding a line to the
configure file.
i.e
######################################################################
# REWRITE CONFIGURATION #
######################################################################
# There are no rewriting specifications in this default configuration file.
begin rewrite
*@domainx.co.uk *@domainy.co.uk Ffrs
This does nothing at all.
I send an e-mail from gary@??? and as far as I can tell nothing
happens. It arrives as if from gary@???
How do I make it appear to have come from gary@???
domainy.co.uk is also a local domain to the exim server - Not sure if that
makes any difference to the re-write.
a. Is there some rebuild required of the exim configure file?
b. Error in re-write syntax
C. ?
I am running latest exi version (not beta)
