Hi,

DNS issues are an extremely common cause for exim run time delays.
Unfortunately, one needs to resort to low-level tools to find out what's going
on.

I would like to suggest adding a possibility to log DNS queries that took
longer than a configurable threshold. That way, DNS issues can more easily be
spotted at an application level.
