Are you sure it's being sent more than once by you? What I've often seen
is either is outlook not able to get the message off the mail server,
sometimes due to size of the message and how often outlook is set to check
mail, so as it's still trying to recieve it does another check; or where
the same thing is happening with a remote mail server (up here in Western
Canada I've seen this often with telus.com) sending back the WHOLE bounce
messages, so if someone sent a 15 meg messages then they keep sending it
back, i've seen it sometimes near 20 times in a day.
