[exim] About Log for port25

Dear all,

As you can see in following logs. 4-29 my Exim did very bad job.
It last for 2hours until I restart the computer.
And after some discuss by experts, it isn't solved either.

So, please, what can I do when this log appears but not restart computer?

2007-04-29 15:22:19 socket bind() to port 25 for address (any IPv4) failed: Address already in use: waiting 30s before trying again (4 more tries)
2007-04-29 15:22:49 socket bind() to port 25 for address (any IPv4) failed: Address already in use: waiting 30s before trying again (3 more tries)
2007-04-29 15:23:19 socket bind() to port 25 for address (any IPv4) failed: Address already in use: waiting 30s before trying again (2 more tries)
2007-04-29 15:23:49 socket bind() to port 25 for address (any IPv4) failed: Address already in use: waiting 30s before trying again (1 more try)
2007-04-29 15:24:19 socket bind() to port 25 for address (any IPv4) failed: Address already in use: daemon abandoned
