Received-SPF header uses real hostname of the server instead of
$primary_hostname in exim.conf.
Example:
/etc/sysconfig/network: HOSTNAME=host.example.com
/etc/exim.conf: primary_hostname = mx1.example.com
Received-SPF: error (temporary) (host.example.com: encountered temporary error
during SPF processing of domain of xxx.com) client-ip=1.2.3.4;
envelope-from=xxx@???; helo=xxx;
