I noticed that in exim v4.66 that the syntax of the signed MAIL FROM address
is different than what the BATV RFC draft specifies.
original address: origlocal@???
This is the format that Exim uses:
prvs=origlocal/KDDDSSSSSS@???
This is an exmple in the format that the RFC draft specifies:
prvs=KDDDSSSSSS=origlocal@???
The differences between the two are:
- the location of original local part (the end verses the beginning)
- '/' delimiter between hash and original address local part
Are there any plans to modify the format to be compliant with the RFC?
