Thanks for the input. Good points... though I'm not sure how much
detail I'll go into in "what's okay for direct marketing mail." As I
compile the (mostly private) responses (for which I am _undyingly_
grateful, and I owe each of you a beer), I'm discovering just how
large and unwieldy this topic can get.

But please don't shut up... you're helping me make this a useful
document.
