Hi Erik,
I can't help you with mailgraph, however an almost identical tool exists
that also uses RRD Tool to graph mailserver queues.
This is what mailgraph does:

This is what eximstate does:

They are almost identical in functionality.
I also use the "Servers" tab on Toms excellent "Exilog" software if I
just need a quick overview of my servers/queues:
