If you want to use DCC, your best bet would be to install SpamAssassin
and enable DCC in its configuration. Just follow the instructions for
integrating SpamAssassin into Exim and then all instructions that come
with DCC. I believe you have to sign up for an account or that might be
for the other one.

I would have thought that it might be a little easier than trying to use
the local_scan function and some arbitrary code from the net that on one
on this list will know anything about.
