[exim] Routing all mail from localhost to remote smtp

Hi,

I need to configure Exim4 so that it sends all mail originating at
localhost to remote smtp, even if the domain of the address is a local
domain.

How do I get a router to base a routing decision on the ip or hostname
of the sender?
