[exim] System Filter Question

Hey folks.

We are running Exim 4.52 and I'm trying to setup a system filter that
will match the following flow...

if
    $local_part ends "-l"
    and
        subject is "User Quarantine Account Information"
        or
        subject is "Spam Quarantine Summary"
then
    deliver to ${local_part}-owner@???
endif

But from the book, $local_part is not defined in the system filter...so
I'm not quite sure how I can do this.

Any thoughts, ideas, or solutions?
