[exim] Rotating IP addresses for outgoing email

I think I asked this once before but I can't find the answer using
Google. What I want to do is have several outgoing IP addresses used for
outgoing email in a somewhat random or even distribution to reduce the
number of messages coming from a single IP address to avoid rate
limiting. But I can't seem to figure out how to do that.
