[exim] Mystery Message in Mystery Queue

The following lines have been popping up in my logs for about 4 weeks
now. There is nothing in the the queue that matches (mailq), I have
tried to kill it using exim -Mrm and it reports that the message doesn't
exist, but yet this keeps showing up... Anyone have any ideas?
