Re: [exim] hosts_randomize not working as expected

Exim has its own extremely simple RNG which is perhaps not as random as it
should be. Sadly only the BSDs come with decent userland RNGs in libc. If
Exim is compiled with OpenSSL then I suppose it could use RAND_bytes(3).
