Hi all,
I have seem some old posts about people in need of a failover transport.
A quick read in the manual wasn't very helpful.
So, is there anyway to "simulate" a failover transport?
Also, is this a good place to request this feature? In this time of SPAM
a bunch of people use spamassassin, dspam, etc is a different host.
These anti-spam tools all depend on databases, remote RBLs, etc, and
they run under high load... They aren't nearly as reliable as exim itself.
So, a method to failover a transport would be very useful for many
people, because the mail flow doesn't get interrupted.
Based on the other posts about this subject, I know people will say "fix
your anti-spam software", but even if spamd was perfect, it couldn't
stand a faulty cat5 cable, or a burned switch port.
