Oh come on. It's not *that* impossible for B to get the information to U, for
example by dropping them a mail or putting it in a prominent place among the
information they have to read when signing up. You could even make the system
intelligent enough that it detects suspected forwardings and tells the user
what to do, not blocking the mail until some time has passed.
