Unless you happen to know the IP of the webserver, (and can fudge local
DNS if it's a vhost setup), then the webserver itself may not be the
problem.
The main problem is that neither of the authorative nameservers for that
domain are returning any records. Any other problems can only be
determined after this key one is fixed.
