[pcre-dev] html docs

Hi Philip,

I've created a chm help file with all the htmls and txt files (like
CHANGELOG, etc.) in it. Would be glad to send one made with the release
docs if you'd like to make it available on your site.

I noticed there are still some /fP typesetting codes in a few of the
documents, could something be done to suppress them?

I also saw a /fI and an fB (without a /)

They were in pcregrep.html, pcrematching.html, pcrepartial.html and
pcretest.html.
