Yes. I use something like this:

# Exim users
if ("${if exists {$home/Maildir/.Lists.exim-users/} {yes}{no} }" is
"yes")
then
  if ($h_List-Id: contains "<exim-users.exim.org>")
  then
    save $home/Maildir/.Lists.exim-users/
  endif
endif
