So, basically you want to prevent mail from being sent to certain domains as a
result of forwarding, but it's okay if a customer addresses a mail directly
to any of those domains? Can't you simply prevent people from entering those
domains into the alias files in the first place?

The cleanest solution might be setting the redirect_router option of the
virtual_aliases* router(s) to a new router just after the normal dnslookup
router, and configuring that new router not to accept mail to the forbidden
domains.
