I don't think there's much to fix. What's the address of this server?
In some cases manual verification is best. I think in this case
either the relay tester or your server isn't pipelining correctly.
The response to the MAIL command seems to be a second line of the
SMTP banner, and the 250 to the RCPT looks more like a positive HELO/
EHLO response. The second test also seems to have SMTP responses in
the wrong order.
