Oggetto: [exim] Exim gets constantly the same mail, sent from our customer

Our customer insures us however that the E-Mail sent only once. It can be
that exim no acknowledgment of receipt transmit - as an acknowledgement?

The E-Mail's size is about 30M.
I use debian's mini woody and exim 4.50

Does you need any more information?
