[exim] Big Attachments

Hello,
i wonder if we have a possibility to disallow big Attachments in
Outgoing and Incomming mail for all system/virtualdomain users.

i am using exim4 on a debian 3.1. machine. The tipping point is: I dont
want to use filterscripts for it. Is there an option in the
configuration files?
