[exim] "prvs" fail callback

I'm using sender verify on a few low traffic domains. I get sender
verify fail from some BATV "private signature" addresses:

    F=<prvs=Matt.Bosley=581e96f4f@???>

I just want to be clear -- that simply means their mail server is not
configured correctly because they are not accepting mail for that
address.

That is, I'm not suppose to be extracting their address from that
string -- the local part is the local part they send, after all.
