[exim] Whitelist for system_filter

Hello exim users,

I've some regular expressions to block some archive extensions with:

system_filter = /etc/exim_filter

Is there anyway to set a whitelist for some IPs (servers that have an
antivirus installed) and prevent that the filter be executed?
