[exim] spamd nolonger called

Just reinstalled the latest version of exim on freebsd but for some
reason its no longer calling spamd and maybe not even clamd.

exim -C /usr/local/etc/exim/configure -bV

so my only defence at the moment seems to be the dnsbl
It also refused to start using the rc.d script with

/usr/local/etc/rc.d/exim.sh start
.: Can't open /etc/rc.subr: No such file or directory

so I have had to start it by
/usr/local/sbin/exim -bd -q30m -C /usr/local/etc/exim/configure

fixed the starting part just needed to edit the start up script duh bit
of blonde moment there.
