[exim] 3.34 time zone change

Hello,

Sorry if this is trivial, but I have an server running exim 3.34 and all
outbound mail apears to be recieved and hour before it's was sent since
the timezone change.
The time on the server is correct but I'm not sure if this is an exim
issue or a server issue.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
