Basically you shouldn't get any help, not to use this.
Effectively you make our live (as mail administrators fighting spam)
unneccessarily harder.
LDAP-Lookups are afaik cached in exim already, so there is no *extra*
lookup...
Anyway, even then, just do it or use another cache mechanism, as proposed...

While this is aready, what you want.
Note the fact, that it IS put into the input folder but directly processed.
It is not queued at all, if it can be delivered.

On the other hand, if it cannot be delivered at first (other side might use
greylisting for example), THEN it is queued. But please realise, you just
shot into your own leg: Your queue fills, just because YOU didn't reject at
RCPT time.
