Congratulations on violating a MUST in RFC2821. Doubly so for advising this
brokenness to others.

RFC2821 S4.5.3.1
|    recipients buffer
|       The minimum total number of recipients that must be buffered is
|       100 recipients.  Rejection of messages (for excessive recipients)
