The ".x.x" obfuscification does prevent help from happening. You allow
relaying from 192.168.10.0/24, so if your 192.168.x.x is not
192.168.10.x, your exim behaves as defined.

Your box has a DNS problem.
May I ask where you found the reference to this mailing list? There
might be a reference to this list left in the package that does not
refer to Debian's pkg-exim4-users mailing list as well.
