In that case after lookup you will obtain local_parts = yes.
Try to change
local_parts = lsearch;/etc/exim4/domain-redirect
Or more easy: /etc/exim4/domain-redirect may contain local parts
one per line. Then you may use local_parts = /etc/exim4/domain-redirect
