"By default, new header lines are added to a message at the end of the
existing header lines. However, you can specify that any particular
header line should be added right at the start (before all the
Received: lines), immediately after the first block of Received:
lines, or immediately before any line that is not a Received: or
Resent-something: header.

This is done by specifying “:at_start:”, “:after_received:”, or
“:at_start_rfc:” (or, for completeness, “:at_end:”) before the text of
the header line, respectively. (Header text cannot start with a colon,
as there has to be a header name first.)"
