I have a delay in the predata acl. It doesn't seem to cause
synchronization errors when I *think* it should. Is this a bug?

Note where I entered a bunch of random characters "asdasdasdasdasd" and
it didn't cause a sync error. Shouldn't it? Also, it's probably not
relevant, but note I'm not advertising PIPELINING there.
