Although I have not used LDAP at all you will find much information
on it's use with exim in the documentation, and some good discussions
on the subject in the Email archives. There is also a "how to" listed
on the Wiki.

Authentication
In the future, please attempt some basic searching to avoid the "it's
in the Documantation" answers. Which it a correct answer in this case
but the wiki and archive will actually provide the examples that you
are looking for.
