Yeah, I suspect you're right. If we need a clearer 'nop' anywhere, I'd
suggest that we need it as a _verb_, not a modifier. Using 'warn' isn't
too obvious sometimes:
warn set acl_whatever = blah
But in practice I don't think we really _need_ that either.
