well, it presumably would be acceptable (and relatively
simple) to configure an MSA to refuse messages which don't
carry the disclaimer / contact information, using the data
/ MIME ACLs. That shifts the work onto the people
configuring users' MUAs, but then that's the right place
to add this kind of .sig stuff. Of course that doesn't
help in the case of encrypted (rather than just signed)
mail.
