Hrm... we won't know whether you've misconfigured anything unless you
include bits of your configuration :)

Assuming you have a mail stuck on the queue for an address in the domain
grosbein.pp.ru, what does:

exinext grosbein.pp.ru

say?

Unless you've got a manualroute in your config, Exim should honour the
fallback MX at relay2 and send messages there if relay fails to respond.
