if someone sends e-mail from login.uio.no and we get a complaint about
it, there will be a dozen or two possible users. if they include
ident-information with the complaint, we can pinpoint the culprit
exactly.

there is no reason for _you_ to run ident, since there won't be users
logged on to your server.
