You seem to have commented out the auth_advertise_condition clause in
your authenticator. I am not sure how exim behaves in this case, but I
assume that it interprets this as "never advertise this
authenticator".
Please get familiar with your tools before using them on the public
Internet; it is obvious that you are lacking basic knowledge.
