[exim] Documentation patches?

Just a couple of idle questions:

Is there a "spec.txt" (or similar) for the nightly snapshots (or to put it
another way: is there a current, work-in-progress version of the Spec to
download?).

Secondly, if someone wanted to contribute changes to the spec doc, is there a
preferred way of doing so? e.g. send a patch against a particular file (if
so, which one?).
