[exim] Logging syntax and protocol errors

I see that syntax and protocol errors are not logged by default and I was wondering why this is?

I feel that a key part of logging is that it tells you what's going wrong. With the current defaults, if someone asks me why they are having difficulty delivering, I can see the connection attempts, but the errors aren't visible.

In my opinion this is unhelpful and smtp_protocol_error and smtp_syntax_error should be part of the defaults for option log_selector.
