[exim] NewBie: Instaility of my exim service

Hi all...
In this week my server has a trouble in exim services.
In a day, this service stopped for many times. And here there are the
message from server that sent to my mailbox when exim services is
stopped and before restarted automatically:

This is an automated status warning from bbbb.aaaa.com. (my server name)
The process (1799) has exceeded defined resource limits, as such a kill
signal was invoked from the process resource monitor.

PID : 1799
CMD : /usr/sbin/exim
CPU%: 0 (limit: 85)
MEM%: 0 (limit: 15)
PROCS: 26 (limit: 10)


So, please give me an explanation about something that maybe happened in
server caused this problem.
