If that's a literal copy/paste from your config, you're missing a + on
the invocation of the use_rbl_domains domainlist on the domains=
condition. As it stands it would only defer on a domain called
'use_rbl_domains', which is probably not what you meant. As Bill
pointed out, the defer you're seeing in the log proabably comes from
elsewhere.

If it's a copy/paste error, expect the wrath of Marc to descend at any
moment.....
(he knows which Marc....)
