[exim] callouts and $sender_verify_failure

Hi !!

I would like to suggest to add some extra values to
$sender_verify_failure in case that the callout condition
succeed but due to a timeout (when using defer_ok) or when
the remote host accepted random addresses (when using random).
This way one could know if the remote address was really verified.
As this is not a real failure, maybe it will be better to have
a new variable, i.e. $callout_result
