[exim] Proper way to invoke Spam Assassin at DATA after rece…

Upgraded to Exim 4.65 earlier after the 4.63->4.64 move, which meant
messages weren't passed to Spam Assassin at DATA stage. I'm using ACLs
based on:

... with the difference being that I reject messages once they go over
a certain score as defined in SA's local.cf.

Reading this list however it seems some updating might be in order.
Hints and pointers, please...?
